General Administrative Tasks. Helping you to stay organized by managing contacts and scheduling; preparing correspondence and reports; coordinating meetings and travel arrangements; and, safeguarding information confidently and discreetly.
Event Planning. Making you the ultimate host by managing all facets of planning and executing events large and small, from overseeing logistics, negotiating contracts and maintaining budgets to securing entertainment, selecting menus and set up/tear down.
Internet Research. Aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sites and sources to find the information necessary to move your organization forward and fulfill your mission.
Startup Documents and Support. Creating essential documentation to get your startup off the ground: corporate identity filings; 501(c)(3) applications; policies and procedures; business plans; strategic plans.
Project Management. Keeping you and your team on track by coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of organizational goals and initiatives, shepherding collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Other Duties as Assigned. Whether it's the tasks that sprang up while you were putting out fires or the ones that have been on your to-do list for months, let EVA handle it.
